HomeAbout UsStatistical Consulting and Survey Unit Statistical Consulting and Survey Unit The Statistical Consulting and Survey Unit of the Newfoundland & Labrador Statistics Agency provides statistical consulting and survey services. Our clientele include the planning and research staff of all Provincial Government departments, special working groups and outside agencies. As a centralized statistical consulting service, the Unit provides assistance with the collection, manipulation and analysis of statistical data. As well, the Unit collects and maintains data under the authority of the Statistics Act and provides guidance on survey design, data collection and statistical analysis. The Statistical Consulting and Survey Unit creates and administers both household and business surveys within the province on a wide range of topics.
